Bought this book to get some tips on how to avoid the most blatant design mistakes. The book is very fact-rich, the only gripe I have is the following: there are people out there who design their WWW-pages on non MS/Apple systems, but the book does not address those. Funny thing for a O'Reilly tome. Apart from this, very much to be recommended!
