My biggest beef with Unix Power Tools 2 is the (very) faint gray used for "links" to other topics. On most pages, it is so faint as to be barely readable. (In version one it was a very readable blue.) I have heard this complaint from some of my colleagues at work. I really hope O'Reilly adresses this point in subsequent printings.
