It's generally a good reference: well-written, organized, and designed, as is usual with O'Reilly books. I've found it to be quite useful. There is one shortcoming, though. It's somewhat dated. It hasn't been updated in some time, and it does not cover SCO OpenServer. Is a new edition planned? SCO has just released UnixWare 7, so I could see waiting to cover that.
