I'm greatly looking forward to this book
(Programming Internet Email). I've fiddled around
with writing email tools in various scripting
languages (kermit, batch, ksh, Rexx, Perl),
and this
looks like the perfect follow up to get even
deeper into understanding e-mail.
I might suggest that there be an appendix on
some of the earlier email standards for say, BBS's,
and that the book should some where, at least
mention the great ACCMAIL@listserv.aol.com mailing
list,which deals with accessing the Internet via
e-mail. Like I said, looking forward to it.
