The book looks good so far -- I'm only on chapter three -- but I have a submission for the errata list: table 2-2 on page 27 seems incorrect. It lists RecordLabelName (a text field) as a 2nd primary key for the RecordLabel table, then says why it couldn't be a primary key (only one primary key per table, can't be a text field, etc). Pretty sure it's just a typo in the table, but I thought I'd let you know...
