It was long over-due for a book about general childhood cancers to be written. I really wish this book had been available in 1993 when my daughter was first dx'd with cancer. As it is, I am honored and priviledged to be included among the credits of this book, as a small contributor. And even more, to have my daughter's picture included in the memorial pages. I know that other families who have the need to make use of this book, will find it informative and enlightening. And I sincerely hope that someday, this book will be rendered obsolete, because there will be no more childhood cancer.
