I've compiled the SMSDemo application and it builds without errors. When I run the JAR file after starting the SMPPSim application (via startsmppsim.bat) I get a bind error:14. The SMPPSim application also displays: ...WARNING 22 Bind failed authentication check.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help/insights would be appreciated.
