This looks like an excellent product, but I'm struggling with spending any money that rewards Sony's idiotic clinging to Memory Stick. Not only is this storage a rip-off, but it's doomed. And spending good money for a device that uses a doomed storage format doesn't make sense. Yes, it has built-in flash memory, but flash memory does eventually go bad.

And all practical objections aside, Memory Stick is simply ANNOYING.
