  ok well first your going to have to activate it on both computers...i'm not gonna lie this is kinda a worthless program but just in case u wanna know.....
  start
  control panel
  administrative tools
  click on services ...once that pops up you should be able to find the program under the name u saved it under...click on it then click the drop down box... click automatic then apply then click start ...then u can send a message to your friends i.p. but he must activate it in the same way...told ya its dumb ..lol
