I'm having trouble upgrading my H4 from the original 1.0 ver to the new 2.20 vers. I have followed the instructions from the manual and the website but I can't get the "version up?" window to appear at start up. It goes straight to the record window with the level meters, any ideas??

  Hello: Be sure to put the Menu Key in the right position before turning on the H4. It needs to be in the down (south) position of the joy stick.
