Thanks for the great review on the pcm-d50. It surely helped me in many aspects. But there is some questions I would like know if you can shed some light on. Is it possible to alternate the Digital Pitch Control (DPC) while recording to create sound effects? Is it possible to record something in a higher speed to get a deep sound on playback. What I'm trying to create is something I could do on analog tape recorders that had the possible to alternate the speed on a gradeless scale while recording and/or on playback, a wide possibilities to achieve deep and kind of "spooky" sounds.
