My mac G4 with 10.3.9 has suddenly gotten more noisy...heat sink area! Sometimes when running digital recording software the performance spikes and crackles appear in the audio. I've done disk repairs, permissions, etc. but it's still noisy and does change a bit as I perform tasks. Any suggestions? Best, David
