However, I couldn't get either to work using OS 10.5. Some problem with "could not specify destination" or something like that. The files went missing, though - they just didn't head to the trash. With all the time I've wasted on this, I may just read up on Kochan Wood's "Unix Shell Programming" and do it myself from first principals. Should be quicker.
