I just got the H4 and everything is working great except for 1 thing. When I record in any of the WAV file formats I seem to get some sound bursts the pop up randomly during the recording. I saw the posts below that mentioned copying the file to the computer hard drive and then playing it back, but that didn't work. The sound bursts seem to be in the recording themselves and they are there whether I use an external mic or not. The mp3 recordings do not have them. It sounds like a popping sound in the recordings. I'm not very experienced with this type of stuff so there's probably a really easy solution, but anyone that can help I would greatly appreciate it.
