I am trying to use my external microphones into the XLR connections of my Zoom H4. I have 2 Bruel & Kjaer (DPA) 4003 microphones powered via a B & K Two-channel Microphone Power supply Type 2812. With the settings switch on low and using the fine tuning level input I'm getting distortion. No matter how low I turn the input gain down I get distortion on the recording. Are powered condensor microphones not compatable with the H4? |
