Hi there, I've been using HR for a while now, and even tough it makes podcasting possible, it has some limitations, you have to convert to mp3 and sometimes recordings loose sync. I've been lately software shopping for a better solution, and I think I found it on EasyVoIPRecorder, is a small piece of soft, just like HR, but does not loose sync, and records directly in MP3 format.
