thanks for all this invaluable info on controlling quicktime.
being a director i am building a site based on my movies and am hence VERY interested in having one main player which loads different movies, as per your example. i'm now wondering whether you've managed to improve the script so that upon clicking another poster image the old sound stops.

    @Sam: A QuickTime update seems to have solved the movie-pileup problem. For a simple hack to embed multiple movies, see this blog entry: http://broadcast.oreilly.com/2009/08/web-video-multiple-movies.html.
