I am having the issue when I try and open it when Excel is NOT already opened on my computer. The system responder message is:


'C:/Documents and Settings/vasavi/Local Settings/Temporary Internet Files/COntent.IE5Y6RT7BTBBook2[2].csv' could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location
is correct.


If you are trying to open the file from your list of most recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not been
renamned, moved, or deleted.
