What's so good about this device? It does not even have XLR connectors. For about the same price you can get a Tascam HDP2 which is far better. |

I've heard Korg's 1-bit 2.8 MHz DFF files played back first hand. Recorded with care, the quality is stunning. That's really what the MR-1 is all about. The DSD format is it's crown jewel and the most compelling reason to own one.
