That's a tricky job since you have to operate on the frequency domain rather than the time domain. (In other words, the sounds you want to remove are playing at the same time rather than before or afrter the audio you want to keep.)
You might have some luck by taking a "fingerprint" of the isolated voices from another section of the soundtrack using noise-reduction software such as BIAS SoundSoap (www.bias-inc.com). A frequency-domain editor such as Adobe Soundbooth could help, too, but don't expect miracles.
