Thanks for your comments. We were under less than ideal conditions when recording the segment on location. There was some background noise from an air conditioning unit. We use software to reduce it, but there's always a balance between voice quality and reducing noise.

I really enjoyed having the opportunity to speak with Bill Frakes, and I highly recommend taking a look at his website if you haven't had a chance-I find his work to be really spectacular.
