Can anyone help? I have fully charged my shuffle and it will not now do anything? When I switch it on, no lights appear whatsoever as if it has crashed maybe?


Whilst it was charging I unplugged it from my Mac without clicking eject first, could this be why?


Any help would be appreciated.
