Sorry if I seem stupid, I'm just a bit of a novice to KisMac and haven't really understood what it is used for; does it break into Airport Networks so you can use the internet? Or does it have a more malicious use?

    Did you ever get an answer? I've downloaded the Kismac myself and it picks up the different wireless networks, but HOW do i use one of them? I don't want to scan and listen to someone else's transmissions if this is what it is for.
