I agree with most of your list but I would include the followiing items high in the list:
Overall Metadata and Keywords manipulation
To the point, meaningful and powerful mage processing capability (specially sharpening and highlights/shadows). And the order each correction is done - they definitely got it right.
Possibility to respect my filesystem classification scheme (use references to pictures instead of copying them within the library).
On the other side, there are still a few annoyances:
Generating a web site takes forever
Generating web sites is not enough flexible (I had to write a post-processor script to fine tune the generated web site to my taste - changing the site template (which I did) was not enough)
I wish I'd be able to change any metadata, like the date/time, GPS EXIF long, lat alt, etc.
Aperture is exactly the application I was wating for. Just the right functionality at the right level.
