What if the Zune Pass removed the 3-day/3-play limitation?

Although I doubt that the Zune will even come close to the iPod's elegance and simplicity (What, no click wheel? Meh! ;) ), there is some serious merit to the idea of being able to wirelessly transfer music files between Zune players, if having subscribed to the Zune Pass would unlock those files and removed the 3-day/3-play limitation.
Imagine transfering your favorite track du jour to your friend's Zune. Your friend likes that song, too, and just adds it to her personal music library with a simple one-click command. Back home, the song will be synchronized with her computer so it's added to her home library, too.
If both of you held a Zune Pass, your friend could just as easily — and just free-of-charge — download the song via her computer, so it would make no difference in revenue to the record companies or to Microsoft.
However, considering the power of that mysterious thing called instant gratification, the WiFi feature could turn out to be a major wanna-have feature for the Zune.
