First of all, thanks for writing the article and being focussed enough to take criticism. I think this article is relevant as it talks about configuring Log4J and the issues surrounding the packaging and deployment on application servers. anonymous2 (?) was commenting on how this was not about Application Servers or Log4J or clustering. I guess he us missing the point of the article. The intent of the article was not to discuss clustering or application servers but to explain how classloaders effect logging with Log4J. later //
