That is true. In fact, we do this as part of our (internal) price scrapping from various online stores. On the other hand, there is good software available to automate data extracting even for regular websites. For example, we use iMacros from http://www.iopus.com and it saved us A LOT of time in creating all the extraction and form filling "drivers" :-)
