We had this hack working on my Series 2 for over a year, but then the update came. Since then, we've been putting up with the regular fast-forward button because we couldn't get the hack to work again.


Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping us realize that 1) we had to enter the hack while playing back a recorded show, and that 2) we had to be patient and enter the hack multiple times to get it to work again.

    Great info!! This worked perfect on my series 3 unit!

    (Didn't have to try multiple times, just needed to be playing back a movie when I entered the code.)
