Ebay does suck! I listed a item for sale on e-bay and I have only been on there for 3 months. I did not know that my son could not buy a item from me and now ebay has suspended both our accounts and accused us of shill bidding. My son was the high bidder and I did not know this policy. I have spent over 10,000.00 on ebay and there tactics suck! Yet when I try to sell a computer on ebay I keep getting false bids from bidders in Nigeria and then they send these "spoof" e-mails that look like they are from pay pal. Ebay is run by Hitler himself and when you try to contact them they hide behind e-mail and will not provide you with a live person to talk too. Everyone should really be carefull on e-bay because all they are interested in is collecting fees and giving little or no protection against real fraud. I will never again deal with e-bay and alot of sellers are really upset with this situation. Farewell E-bay and is there another site that is more prone to being honest and not ripping off the american public? I have turned this matter over to my lawyer for review and I will post what he finds. Ryne |

Hi,,,The same thing happened to me. I am being suspended for a minimum of 7 days. I never heard of this routine before and, didn't know it was illegal.. What was your suspension and, other charges from Ebay...Do you have any advice for me. Thanks, Art1
