Stick Software has two products that deserved to be mentioned in this article.
One, Aquatint, is at the heart of the subject matter. It takes a silhouette, and gives you back a fully Aqua-style image. I don't know of any other product capable of doing this, and it is essential to making Aqua-style art.
The other, Constrictor, is a screen snapshot utility that is much cheaper than Snapz X, and quite full-featured.
