I probably want to follow a link in a spreadsheet cell one time in a year. Yet every time I try to work on a cell that has a link in it - oops, I'm not in excel anymore I am in my browser.


Which numbskull made it the default to use excel as a browser rather than a tool for working in spreadsheets. How do I fix this?
