the progress bar jsp is simply doing to much on the server side. The loop that displays the progress bar should be written in javascript and the max value of the loop should be inserted in the javascript using jsp.....voila....don't need clusters...the web is one giant sleeping cluster just waiting to do something else than video gameswith its' processors
