I cannot get the the ipod to play music it blinks orange and green. I am unable to restore my ipod using the latest updater 2006 03 23. Mac/PC seems to be unable to find my ipod shuffle. I am unsure whether it is the iTunes update that may have done this. I have not dropped or bashed it and I am sure it is fully charged. Please HELP!

  I have the same problem. Have you gotten any help or ideas? This is my second shuffle. I had the same problem with the first one. When I took this second one in, they told me I'm out of luck because I did not purchase the extended warranty. The 1 year warranty starts only with the first purchase and they do not extend it if you get a replacement. I'm out the $150.00 I paid for this thing. A complete throw-a-way product.
