Audio Hijack Pro comes with a pretty good help file. In it they include an alternate way to record Skype calls, which I think it simpler to remember (although it's the same number of steps). You use two plugins, one to record your own voice and one to record the Skype application. I've been doing it that way and it works great. It's nice to have only 1 item in the session list as opposed to 3.
