ColdFusion MX on Mac OS X, Part 1

On par with my development partner who has no inherent bias against the Mac but has quite reasonably maintained that it's inefficient for me to have to use two environments in order to develop and test. This has been a problem with ODBC-accessible databases, Cold Fusion, and several web-based JAVA GUIs to server apps (AltaVista Search Engine, Arkeia backup et al).

OS X has been (and is) good to me!

When's the next article? I can't wait!

Actually, you may do much better than your development partner... there are just so many things about the Mac and OS X that are, well, superior. Now CF MX can be a major part of that superior environment.

    Here's an interesting blog:

From this, and several other decision-influencers, I am getting the impression that the TiBook will become the development machine of choice for power CFMX developers.
