Why is it that when I plug my shuffle into my PC to charge, it automatically empties? I hate that . . . anyway to turn that feature off?

  I saw your message regarding the shuffle removing all songs after you plug into your PC for charging. I am having the same issue. Although not all of the songs erase but most are gone. Did you find an answer to the problem.
