Yes the early press releases had me fooled too. I thought that Aperture was in fact a Photoshop killer until I touched the product. rhinton refers to a blog post I wrote BEFORE Aperture was released. When critics who knew better AFTER Aperture was released wrote about Aperture and Photoshop as if they were competition, that's where the confusion came. Unfortunately, rhinton appears NOT to have read my posts written subsequent to the launch where I clarify my position.
