Scott, thanks for all this great info, I found you by accident after I lost the directions to my new shuffle by accident. Still learning, mostly about itunes; sure makes my library of 'assorted cassette tapes' medieval! No more timing the end of a song on the radio before the dj opens his big mouth Bravo, iPod! and thank you too.
