I canīt hear anything with my shuffle. I copy music in this but it donīt reproduce anything. It has enough battery and everything seems ok when is coneccted to the PC. Somebody help us, please.

  i am able toupload songs on the shuffle but when i try to play them i hear nothing,tried reset tried factory restore ,battery is ok help
