You can do this already by using the Nunit plugin. I have to use VS2002 and it works fine there - same functionality if not as perfectly integrated.

  You are missing the point! "You CAN do" with NUnit. But as soon as it becomes a part of Visual Studio - everybody WILL do.
  
  Actually unittest is one of the main additions to VS.
