I’m doing more and more of my stuff as plain text lately and TextMate is becoming my always on app. It handles Markdown, code, plain text, and TeX which I use for formatted writing so much nowdays that I hardly use Nisus any more.

    Have to go with you there on TextMate (although OmniOutliner is a close second).
