For me clearly LaunchBar and Virtual Desktop Manager are the most important Tools for productivity. Of course I also use the "usual suspects" like Safari, Mail, iCal, AddressBook and many of my Terminals. Third Party app that are of value to me include SubEthaEdit and NetNewsWire.
Everything running on my 15" Alu. :-)
