There isn't a need to shift the focus of modding; it's a fantastic phenomenon, but not a new one, and no matter at all to say that any number of counterclaims; from employers' right of inspection of employee PDA, of employee method in service of work, of code instrumentation, or any number of user restrictions in the service of insurability are evil severally, and therefore illegal.

Contrariwise, we might say that the copy wonks here and there are doing the service of the FAQ and preventing people from doing harm 20 ways just because it's new to them and the play seemed to be all about the actor, instead of not opening attachments with unregulated honeyboxen.

I take this stance because I don't want to have to do the disclaimers for all cases on every koan and morality play (a.k.a. 'Straw Dog') I want to use. It's not gonna fit on the nanoclysm....
