Here is a great tool for recording conversations on Skype. HotRecorder (http://www.hotrecorder.com/) seems to work really well for recording Skype conversations. Easy and cheap. And their site says that they have a Windows 2000 version coming soon.

  Also, for Outlook users, my company Netralia has a tool that records Skype conversations direct to Outlook. Very easy to set up and use - http://www.skylook.biz

  I am using the free new SoliCall. It works very well with Skype and all other softphones.
