The message you see should probably not raise any concern. Indeed, Update_prebinding will not always be able to update files for a slew of reasons — usually because a file is not of a pre-boundable type. Unless you experience other issues or have reasons to believe something is wrong on your installation, this is a message that can be blissfully ignored!
