Where's the license?

I see them attacking the GPL a lot, but where's the Shared Source license? If I'm giong to dance with the devil in the pale moon light, I want full details on the steps I'm going to be taking, and the steps I'll be taking afteward. Nice head feint. There doesn't seem to be a single Shared Source License, so it's harder to attack. Whee!
