Look at http://www.go-mono.org, http://www.dotgnu.org, and http://www.halcyonsoft.com/inet, not to mention MSFT+Corel's FreeBSD .NET effort. Mono's client is GNOME based, Halcyon's iNET client is JFC based. With C# & CLI adopted as ECMA standards, should we be concerned about client-side .NET? I don't think so. Robin
