After 6 months of FedEx crushing , and late deliverys of destroyed packages . I called the CEO and got Sisela Black the CEO'S flunky , when I asked why a overnight package took 3 days I was told that is only overnight M-F .She claimed they only deliver on Sat if you pay over the overnight price . BS . When I asked why they kepted stacking the computer cases I ordered on their sides when the box is makeed this side up she said they DONT follow the instructions they just ship it .What in the hell are we paying them for. They dont care about the customer . Just the money they can STEAL . This BS company has cost me hundreds of dollars and I think its time we as the customers they are mistreating stop using them. The company I use for my companys parts as of next month will be switching to UPS as a result of FEDEX and its bad service . Ask all that have shipping to STOP USEING FEDEX . SEND THEM TO SHIPPING HELL . They belong there.
