Could you make this work if you had other tags and script-like inside your cache tag? What if you had something like:



// ...
<c:set var="name" value="Andrei"/>
<c:out value="${name}"/>
// ...


inside of your jc:cache tag? I'm trying to do something similar and not getting it to "evaluate" the c:set or c:out tags.
