I use Mac's Post Its to keep a rolling To-Do list for the week, Notational Velocity for class notes, Del.ici.ous for links, and VI Journal.
for tracking things like quotes, blog-like notes, and any other sort of rolling commentary. Subetha Edit is great for group notes and coding.
